INGREDIENTS

(in 6 capsules): konjac (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch) corm extract with 95% glucomannan (glucomannan 3000 mg), capsule shell (structure): hypromellose, bulking agent: cellulose, ACTIGAR® DC60 [garcinia (Garcinia cambogia (Gaertn.) Desr.) fruit extract with 60% hydroxycitric acid] 300 mg (hydroxycitric acid 180 mg), chromium picolinate (chromium 198 μg – 495% NRV*).

USE

Take 2 capsules 3x daily, 30 minutes before meals, with 1–2 glasses of water.

WARNING

The beneficial effect of glucomannan is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Drink plenty of water to ensure substance reaches the stomach. The product may cause choking when ingested by people with swallowing difficulties or inadequate fluid intake.
