7 SUPER FUN EXERCISES FOR A PERFECTLY SHAPED BOOTY

Lower slightly above the floor with your buttocks (not to be touched). You should do this exercise for 30 seconds with 4 repetitions. Take a short break of 10 seconds between each repetition.

2. Step on the bench

Find a mid-height bench (the chair is too high, for example, try to find something lower). Stand on the bench with one foot and push off with the other foot and lift it behind you as high as you can. Do this 10 times with each leg and repeat 4 times. Take a short break of 10 seconds between each repetition.

3. One-legged hip lift 

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Stretch out one leg. Be aware of your breathing. As you exhale, squeeze your buttocks and lift your hips as high as you can. When you go down, inhale. Get down slightly above the floor with your buttocks (not to be touched). You do this exercise for 30 seconds with one leg, then another 30 seconds with the other leg, repeat the same 4 times. Take a short break of 10 seconds between each repetition. 

4. The Tiptoe Squat

The next exercise is the next level squat. It's not complicated, but it works! You actually do regular squats, but when you’re in a squat position you lift yourself even further on your toes. Do this 10 times and repeat 4 times. Take a short break of 10 seconds between each repetition.

5. Kick back

Get down on all fours with the knees apart, and your wrists should be placed a little further away from the shoulders. You bend your knees at a 90-degree angle and raise one leg behind you, as high as you can while keeping your hips straight. You do this exercise for 30 seconds with one leg, then you replace them and another 30 seconds with the other leg, repeat the same 4 times. Take a short break of 10 seconds between each repetition.

6. Sideways squats

You place yourself in a squat position and walk sideways, 15 steps to one side and then to the other. You should repeat this 4 times. Take a short break of 10 seconds between each repetition.

7. Hip abduction 

Go sideways on one arm and one leg. Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle and raise one leg and hips as much as you can. You do this exercise for 30 seconds, then turn to the other side and lift the other leg for 30 seconds. And you repeat this exercise 4 times with short breaks between each repetition.
