(in 1 sachet): L-glycine 3000 mg; gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) 750 mg; magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium 100 mg – 27%*); green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) leaf extract with 40% L-theanine, ≤ 10% catechins, ≤ 5% EGCG and ≤ 5% caffeine 200 mg (L-theanine 80 mg, EGCG ≤ 10 mg); pyridoxal 5’-phosphate (vitamin B6 3,5 mg – 250%*); manganese bisglycinate (manganese 0,5 mg – 25%*).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Dissolve the content of one sachet (1 serving) in water or fruit juice and drink before bedtime. If needed, consume a second serving during the day before or between meals.
