A pudding to help you lose weight!
With this pudding, you won't have to feel guilty: it boosts metabolism and fat burning!
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons of chia seeds
- 2 cups of sliced mango
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup/honey
Take a bowl and mix the coconut milk, chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey. Cover and place into the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight).
Put the mango and and the honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
Take the bowl from the fridge and prepare 4 smaller glasses. Place a layer of chia pudding in each one, then place a layer of the mango, then chia again and finally mango again so you get a nicely layered pudding.
